His emphasis on organic growth strategies and team building aligns seamlessly with Allnorth's culture. Harold's global experience, spanning from the U.S. to Canada and internationally, exemplifies his capacity to forge meaningful relationships with government entities, union and non-union groups, First Nations, and Indigenous authorities.
Having played a pivotal role as the Vice President of Energy and Resources at Stantec, Harold successfully managed several mega projects ($1B+), showcasing his unparalleled skill in overseeing large-scale ventures. His expertise includes leading and mentoring project planning strategies throughout the entire project life cycle and creating an effective culture, inclusive of safety which aligns to Allnorth’s emphasis on health and safety.
