Allnorth Consultants Limited (Allnorth), a multidisciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company, today announced the appointment of Victor Louie, CPA, CA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 17, 2026.
Victor is a seasoned finance executive with 25 years of experience across Canada in professional services and asset management, including leadership roles with PwC, AECOM, WSP, BGIS, and Egis. He brings extensive experience in corporate and operational finance, accounting, and business leadership, having worked with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial and privately held businesses to large, publicly traded, and complex regional and multinational enterprises.
Victor brings a strong combination of financial expertise, leadership experience, and a focus on operational excellence that aligns well with Allnorth’s culture and ambitions. In his role as CFO, he will help strengthen Allnorth’s financial capabilities and support the continued expansion of the organization as it enters its next phase of growth.

Lynn will continue to contribute to Allnorth as a member of the Boards of Allnorth Consultants Limited and Allnorth Global Inc. and through an advisory role with the executive team. Her continued involvement will provide valuable continuity and experience as Allnorth moves forward with its strategy.
