Allnorth is pleased to announce the appointment of Luc Coussement, M.Sc., as Principal Process and Metallurgy Specialist. With the addition of Luc, Allnorth deepens its growing capabilities in metallurgical and plant engineering design.
Luc brings over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, working in both operations and engineering. He offers in-depth knowledge of mineral processing with specialized skills in precious and base metals recovery. His expertise includes comminution, gravity concentration, sulfide and oxide flotation, dense medium separation, screening, thickening, dewatering, paste back-fill and many other processes. Luc has successfully completed and contributed to multiple bankable feasibility studies with a focus on establishing fit-for-purpose metallurgical test programs and maximizing process recoveries.
His project experiences have ranged from conceptual to detailed engineering, and through the various project stages Luc consistently goes above and beyond to deliver value to all stakeholders.
With his extended experience in operations management, process design and project management, Luc also offers advisory level services related to site condition reporting, asset valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and auditing relevant codes, standards and regulations.
Luc is based out of our head office in Vancouver, which specializes in servicing the mining and infrastructure markets. As head of our Process and Metallurgy Group, Luc will also build on our continuous improvement strategies for our clients, including health and safety management (including security and work procedures), operator training and coaching, and improving the long-term economics of mine sites.
