As Director of PMO, Don will be the main catalyst for driving excellence in project management practices, processes, and tools to support on-time, on-budget delivery of project solutions and provide leadership in project management and execution.  He will work with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and champion a project management culture.

Don joined Allnorth in 1999 and has an extensive history with us as Forestry Manager, Project Manager, Director of Pipelines and Facilities, Senior Director of Mining, and most recently as Division Manager for Vancouver.  He brings over 26 years of experience in the resource sector, which includes a wide variety of resource and mining projects. Prior to leading the Vancouver office where he focused on maintaining and building client relationships, Don lead the expansion of Allnorth’s presence in the mining sector through alignment of company skills with market opportunities and identification of strategic clients.

Don has a natural client and people-centric focus which closely aligns with Allnorth’s triple bottom line philosophy.
