Lia Bernat (25 years)

With 25 years at Allnorth, Lia Bernat has been a key member of the Allnorth financial team. With experience with many aspects of Allnorth’s financial systems, Lia has been a consistent and dedicated member of the team. Her dedication to doing accurate and timely work is one reason why Allnorth’s financial systems run as well as they do. Congratulations, Lia!

Dave McMullen (20 Years)

With 20 years at Allnorth, Dave McMullen has been an integral part of our mechanical design team, specializing in 3D piping design, scanning, and modeling. His contributions to projects like Kruger 2A Effect Replacement, Domtar Digester Downflow Cooking, and Mercer Make-Up Liquor Pump System showcase his technical expertise in industrial piping systems and plant optimization. Dave’s commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions continues to set Allnorth apart. Congratulations, Dave! 

“It has been a pleasure mentoring and being Dave’s supervisor over the past 20 years. Dave has proven himself to be an invaluable part of the Allnorth team. Chris Brennan (10 Years)

Celebrating 10 years at Allnorth, Chris Brennan, P.Eng., has been a Process Engineer specializing in energy efficiency, process optimization, and project management. His leadership in projects like the Cariboo Pulp Concentrator System, Canfor Intercon Oxygen Delignification Upgrade, and Harmac Medium Consistency Pulp Pump System highlights his ability to improve plant performance and sustainability. Chris’s expertise and innovative approach continue to enhance our process engineering capabilities. Congratulations, Chris!

Ryan Sinclair (10 Years)

With 10 years at Allnorth, Ryan Sinclair, P.Eng., has been a Project Engineering and Management Leader, delivering capital projects in the pulp and paper, energy, and renewables sectors. His work on the Regina Alternative Fibre Facility, Essity Bleached Wheat Straw Pulp Mill, and Shell Tailings Infrastructure demonstrates his ability to oversee complex, multidiscipline projects and drive operational improvements. Ryan’s leadership and technical insight continue to add value to Allnorth. Congratulations, Ryan!

Justin Brin (10 years)

Justin Brin marks a significant milestone this year, celebrating a decade of service with Allnorth. He began his journey as a Junior Helpdesk Technician in our Prince George, BC office, supporting the team by staging computers, installing software, and resolving user access and network issues. 

Driven by curiosity and a passion for learning, Justin steadily advanced to become a Senior Helpdesk Technician, earning the respect of colleagues through his technical skill and dedication. In May 2023, he took on a new challenge by relocating to our St. John’s, NL office, where he helped establish a vital Information Services presence on the East Coast. 

Today, Justin continues to make a meaningful impact as one of our System Administrators, playing a key role in maintaining and evolving our IT infrastructure. Congratulations, Justin, on this incredible achievement—and thank you for your continued commitment to excellence! 

“Over the past decade, Justin Brin has been a cornerstone of Allnorth’s Information Services team, serving as a dedicated and highly skilled System Administrator. His contributions have been instrumental in maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of our IS infrastructure. 

Justin’s technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to continuous improvement have helped streamline operations, reduce downtime, and enhance system performance across the organization. Whether implementing new technologies, optimizing server environments, or supporting end-users with professionalism and care, Justin has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit. 

Beyond his technical achievements, Justin has played a key role in mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives that align with Allnorth’s strategic goals.

Mandy Majoros (10 years) 

With 10 years at Allnorth, Mandy Majoros has built a strong reputation as a valuable and dependable Project & Billing Specialist. Her in-depth knowledge and previous experience in various aspects of finance and accounting are true assets. Since joining Allnorth via company acquisition, Mandy has worked with numerous PMs within the various organizations at Allnorth, making her a well-rounded PBS. Her commitment and drive to do things accurately, consistently and on time help shape our success as a team.
