On July 1st we’ll be pleased to welcome Sean Ennis, P.Eng., in a dual role as Vancouver’s Operations Leader and Vice President, Metals & Minerals for Allnorth. With more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry and proven leadership in building client-centric teams, he is a valuable addition to our company as we move into a focused era of growth and development.

Sean’s experience in the mining sector crosses global boundaries, including North and South America, eastern Europe and Austral-Asia. He has led the evaluation of open pit mining projects from the preliminary stage through feasibility and into operations. He acts as a Qualified Person for technical reports for securities filings across multiple commodities. In addition to mine engineering expertise, Sean’s technical experience includes geotechnical and geo-environmental work related to mining, including mine waste management, slope stability, and mine closure as part of mine design, permitting and operational support. He has led several trade-off and options studies for mine waste management structures for development projects and operating mines. Sean also has operational experience in various disciplines of the mining industry such as short- and long-range mine planning, surveying, project management, surface water management and site investigation.

Throughout his career, most recently as Vice President, Mining, Minerals & Metals, Sean has extended his reach into leadership positions forming positive, long-standing relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and government agencies. Solid management skills, a coherent approach to financial risk assessment and responsibility, and a broad comprehension of market conditions and opportunities means that clients can expect a superior degree of satisfaction with their projects.

Aligned with Allnorth’s ethos to engage, empower and enrich the lives of our clients and team members, Sean is a strong proponent of community engagement and connection. He has served on an employee-owned company board, was an executive sponsor for a diversity employee resource group, and is dedicated to fostering an open and supportive workplace culture. Sean’s far-reaching accomplishments combined with his commitment to high levels of service make him the obvious choice for this dual role at Allnorth.

With Sean at the helm of our mining sector efforts and providing strong leadership for the Vancouver office, we are positioned to provide exceptional services for clients both locally and around the world. We welcome his unique vision and strategic voice to the Allnorth team.

Please welcome Sean to the team!
