We are pleased to announce Sidney Roy’s promotion to Assistant Division Manager of our Prince George office.
In her new role, Sidney will assist the Division Manager, Don Williams, with the acquisition, satisfaction, retention, and success of all client relationships based primarily in the region. Sidney is knowledgeable in both the field and office, is highly motivated and diligent, and has proven technical and organizational skills. She has led many successful projects and is keen to keep growing her skills in the industry.
Sidney joined our Prince George office as a Civil Engineer-in-Training in 2018, taking on the role of Construction Services Manager in early 2019. Managing the team on multiple projects, Sidney gained valuable experience with quality control and construction supervision in various sectors. Sidney has filled the role of Laboratory Manager, bringing her experience and knowledge with soils laboratory studies, testing, and sampling. She also became the office’s Field Staff and Equipment Manager, responsible for keeping all crews organized with calibrated equipment.
In 2021, Sidney was appointed Project Management Group Lead, responsible for maintaining a skilled and competitive project coordination team in Prince George. She has proven herself adept at managing the size and make-up of the team, implementing improvements and efficiencies within it, supervising team activities in the execution of projects, and representing the company with clients on an ongoing basis.
