Allnorth has appointed Thomas Netzel to the role of Vice President, Business Development, Construction Services, effective immediately. Tom brings over 14 years of experience working in the field, starting in materials testing in Terrace and progressing into more complex project environments. His background is grounded in the day-to-day realities of construction, where quality, coordination, and timing directly impact outcomes.

He has supported major projects across Western Canada, including Rio Tinto’s Kemano K2 Tunnel, LNG Canada Phase 1 Construction, and the Coastal GasLink pipeline. That experience has shaped a practical understanding of how work progresses on site and what is required to keep it on track. In his new role, Tom will focus on working with clients and teams to ensure projects are supported by people who understand field conditions and can respond to challenges as they happen.

“Tom’s career reflects the kind of experience our clients rely on,” said Kris Kotzer, Chief Operating Officer at Allnorth. “He understands construction from the ground up and knows what it takes to deliver in the field. His ability to connect our teams with client needs will continue to support how we execute.”

“My focus is on deepening relationships with our clients and introducing new partners to bolster the value of our services. I believe people and integrity are the foundation for long-term success; built through strong teams and the collective effort it takes to deliver. I’m focused on helping our team continue to grow, strengthening our talent, and building on the momentum we've established together,” said Thomas Netzel.
