We are pleased to announce the appointment of Brent Kadler P.Eng., PMP, as Allnorth's Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation. With a 20-year career in energy and environmental leadership, Brent brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to our team.
Brent's diverse roles have included serving as an entrepreneur, environmental and regulatory program manager, Imperial Oil portfolio manager, and digital solutions initiative leader. His career highlights encompass impactful positions at major companies like Suncor, Cenovus Energy, Imperial Oil, and Stantec.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa. He is also a certified Project Management Professional and a Professional Engineer accredited by APEGA.
Brent's project experience is vast and varied. Key highlights include managing detailed engineering, fabrication and construction of Cenovus phase F ($1.2B project), including a 100MW Aero-derivative power plant for Cenovus Energy. Brent has also overseen a team of more than 70 Environmental, Geospatial, Geo-Hazards, Coastal Engineering, and Traffic Engineers to support compliance and consultation of permits and management plans for Woodfibre LNG Project. His innovative work in developing digital solutions for major project execution demonstrates his forward-thinking approach, particularly in deploying augmented and virtual reality technologies.
Brent will be responsible for integrating cutting-edge digital technologies into our operations and commercial offerings. He will also collaborate with Project Delivery and the Project Management teams to help prepare Allnorth for large project engineering, procurement, and construction management opportunities. His leadership is expected to enhance our efficiency, optimize our project management capabilities, and open new avenues for innovation and growth.
