Jonathan Faloon, NCSO, CRSP, EP

Jonathan Faloon is Allnorth's Corporate Safety Lead. He has 12+ years of experience in managing health, safety, and risks associated with projects in energy & resources, infrastructure, local municipalities, recreation, and all branches of government. Jonathan has been responsible as safety lead for projects throughout Canada; from remote landscapes to highly populated areas. Over the years, he has worked in nine out of 10 provinces and all three territories. Jonathan has seasoned coaching and facilitation skills with a proven ability to work with executive leadership, mentor direct reports, engage other departments, and empower key stakeholders to address health, safety, and risk challenges. He is highly skilled in the development of health and safety system infrastructure, including documentation, project plans and reports, and training resources. He has provided operational departments and their teams with reactive risk and safety support, as well as with proactive planning, training and facilitation based on industry standards, and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. Jonathan brings strong skills in liaising with company departments, clients, governments, and interest groups to develop, execute, and adapt strategies related to health, safety, and risk.
