With Luc Coussement, M.Sc., joining the Allnorth team in September 2022, we build on our growing capabilities in metallurgical and plant engineering design. Luc has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, working in both operations and engineering. He offers in-depth knowledge of mineral processing with specialized skills in precious and base metals recovery. His expertise includes comminution, gravity concentration, sulfide and oxide flotation, dense medium separation, screening, thickening, dewatering paste back-fill and many other processes. Luc has successfully completed and contributed to multiple bankable feasibility studies with a focus on establishing fit-for-purpose metallurgical test programs and maximizing process recoveries. His project experiences have ranged from conceptual to detailed engineering, and through the various project stages Luc consistently goes above and beyond to deliver value to all stakeholders. With his extended experience in operations management, process design and project management, Luc also offers advisory level services related to site condition reporting, asset valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and auditing relevant codes, standards and regulations.
