At Allnorth, giving back is part of how we show up, not just as engineers, project managers, and problem-solvers, but as neighbours and community members. Throughout 2025, teams across our offices dedicated their time, energy, and resources to causes that matter deeply in the places where we live and work.
As with past years, we’re proud to share a snapshot some of those efforts.

The Saskatoon team once again demonstrated an incredible commitment to community support, with a strong focus on families and inclusive programs.
Beyond Ronald McDonald House SK, the Saskatoon office also rallied behind:
Each effort reflects a shared belief that small actions, taken together, can make a meaningful difference.
The Prince George office continues to put heart and a lot of fun into giving back. Each year, the team supports a consistent set of local organizations that reflect their shared values around mental health, compassionate care, and community wellbeing.
The charities supported are selected by the office and include Prince George Salvation Army, Prince George Rotary Hospice House, and the Canadian Mental Health Association of Northern BC. Through their collective efforts, the Prince George team continues to make a meaningful local impact—proving that giving back can be both purposeful and a lot of fun.
Prince George
For Earth Day 2025, the Prince George team returned to a familiar mission: cleaning up a 1.5-kilometre stretch of Pulpmill Road. Armed with gloves and determination, the team collected a remarkable volume of waste, helping keep their work neighbourhood cleaner and greener.
Calgary North
The Calgary North office marked Earth Day by bringing the outdoors in—potting plants and adding a little greenery to their office kitchen. A simple gesture, but one that reinforces everyday environmental mindfulness.
Calgary North & South
Community and environmental initiatives were front and centre for both Calgary offices this year.
Allnorth Mechanical Engineer Chris Bandy, P.Eng. (pictured), represented the team, testing a bridge design that held an impressive 55.27 kg. The event welcomed participants of all ages and showcased the creativity and curiosity that drive future careers in engineering and geoscience. Supporting STEM education remains a priority for our Nanaimo office and Allnorth as a whole.
Teams in Saskatchewan and Newfoundland & Labrador came together on May 8 to support McHappy Day, ordering lunch from McDonald’s to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
For one team member, the cause was deeply personal—sharing that access to a Ronald McDonald House decades ago would have made a profound difference for their family during a difficult time. Moments like this remind us why these initiatives matter.
In Vancouver, our team united in support of Food Banks BC, aligning with CBC BC’s Making the Season Kind campaign, which had raised $1.8 million as of December 8.
Through staff donations, the Vancouver office helped address the growing demand for food bank services driven by rising costs and food insecurity across the province. Every contribution—large or small—helped deliver nourishment, dignity, and hope to neighbours in need.
Representing Allnorth were leaders and emerging professionals alike, contributing as mentors, presenters, and organizers. Events like this reinforce our commitment to inclusion, mentorship, and strengthening the future of the engineering profession.
Thank you to every Allnorth team member who volunteered time, donated resources, organized events, or simply showed up. Your efforts continue to strengthen the communities we’re proud to call home.
